An audit was conducted between 1-15 September 2015 at Hieroglifs International in order to asses the quality of services that our company offers to our customers. Following this, it was decided to grant Hieroglifs International the ISO 9001 Certification.
The implementation of the SR EN ISO 9001:2008 certification ensures all the customer oriented services that our company offers. It ensures the qualification of the employees and of the company management, as well as meeting the requirements and standards that our customers have in regard to the quality of the services.

The quality of services represents a decisive aspect of every company that is continuously evolving, and this certification attests that the services we offer our customers meet the international quality standards of the respective fields. This achievement was made possible thanks not only to the unrelenting work that we carry out on identifying the needs and expectations of our associates but also thanks to the strive to improve their position in the market”, said Gianluca Falco, head of the agency Hieroglifs Romania.
The evaluation process was very extensive. It was conducted by the auditors from the company DNV Gl Business (part of the Norwegian group with the same name) which offers services for classification and certification in the fields of technology and management.
